VTC Sell facility is not available for eDIS account

:You may please continue to place VTC Buy orders. How can I start the VTC facility? I am getting this error when I try to sell using VTC.

ICICIdirect Executive Thank you for the query. We would like to inform you that e-DIS customers can place VTC buy orders but please note that VTC sell orders will not be allowed for e-DIS customers.
